• Minimum Net Worth - $500,000
• Minimum Liquid Capital - $100,000
• Prior restaurant experience is a plus - but not necessary
Demographic Criteria
• Population of approximately 75,000 in a territory
• Average household income - $50,000 and above
• Most of middle America who live and/or work close to the location
• At least 50% of population between 21 and 60
• Concentration of retail, office, and residential locations
• Entertainment facilities and movie theaters are a plus
Types of Buildings (2,400 SF - 3,000 SF)
• Upscale strip mall- end cap preferred
• Freestanding pad site with adequate parking
• Easy access with good visibility
Franchise Fees and Royalties
• Both Individual and Area Development franchises available
• Franchise fee - $35,000
• Royalty rate of 5% based on monthly gross revenue
